Salad with fresh vegetables and cheese
200 g cottage cheese
8 heads radish
2 sweet peppers of different colors
2 cucumber
30 g parsley root
3 Art. l. natural yoghurt
some yogurt to choose? we'll show
2 Art. l. pine nuts
1 Art. l. chopped parsley
1 Art. l. chopped dill
red pepper (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
Slice the radishes and cucumbers and pepper - julienne. Grate the parsley root. Connect vegetables, add them to the cottage cheese and chopped herbs, pepper, salt and pour the yogurt. Contents pine nuts before serving.
