Cottage cheese diet salad "Snow white"
250 g fresh cucumbers
200 g unsweetened yogurt
what kind of yogurt to choose? we'll show
200 g cottage cheese 2 or 5%
30 g dill
20 g walnuts chopped
2-3 garlic cloves
Yogurt pour into a deep bowl, put the cream cheese, stir until smooth.
Peel cucumbers, cut into small cubes, place in a bowl to the curd mixture.
The garlic put through a press, together with nuts add to the salad and mix.
Before serving, sprinkle with cheese diet salad "Snow white" chopped dill.
