Salad with walnuts and cheese
200 g a mixture of salad leaves
200 g yogurt
what kind of yogurt to choose? we'll show
50 g cheese (Adyghe, cheese or chicken)
50 g chopped walnuts
1 crushed clove of garlic
1 a pinch of the mixture of dried herbs
parsley
black pepper
salt
Combine yogurt and pre-mashed with a fork cheese, add the garlic and herbs, season with pepper and salt, add the greens, stir well the mixture.
Arrange the salad leaves on 4 plates, each put cooked cheese and yoghurt mixture.
Sprinkle salad with walnuts.
