Salad with bacon and cheese "Prague"
200 g smoked brisket
200 g low-fat cheese
125 g natural yogurt
what kind of yogurt to choose? we'll show
100 g sweet peppers, marinated in vinegar
1 head iceberg lettuce
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 tsp. red pepper
green onions
salt
Slice the cheese and bacon large strips.
With pickled pepper peel, remove the seeds, grind in a blender to puree, add the yoghurt and chilli, all beat.
To connect cooked yogurt-pepper dressing with bacon and cheese, put into the cold for half an hour.
Coarsely pick the lettuce, sprinkle with oil, salt, stir, put in a plate, chop green onions, put on a plate of chilled ingredients in the sauce, sprinkle with onions.
Served salad with bacon and cheese "Prague" bread with coriander or cumin.
