Salad with bacon, broccoli and sunflower seeds
600 g broccoli
300-400 g bacon
1 glass seeds (peeled salt)
1 head red sweet onion
3/4 Cup Golden raisins
For the filling:
1 glass mayonnaise
some mayonnaise to choose? we'll show
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
Broccoli can be used raw, or lower florets in boiling water (salted, lemon juice) for 2-3 minutes, drain the water, then pour over the cabbage in ice water.
All the ingredients for salads to stir for half an hour to remove in the cold.
Finely chop the bacon, until the crunch fry in a dry pan.
Finely chop the onion.
Combine all ingredients for the salad, pour chilled dressing and serve with a salad with bacon, broccoli and sunflower seeds to the table.
