Salad "Sonoran"
head of Romaine lettuce
1 big tomato
1 medium red onion
1 large avocado
100 g blue cheese
6 plastics bacon
For the filling:
3/4 glass vegetable oil
1/4 glass red wine vinegar
1 garlic clove (crushed)
1 teaspoon salt
3-4 teaspoons of sugar
pepper to taste
First make the dressing: put all ingredients in a plastic container, seal the lid and firmly shake several times. Refrigerate.
Bacon, fry in a pan without oil and raskroshite. Chop tomato, onion, avocado, raskroshite cheese. The bottom of the salad plate lay lettuce leaves, layers, place it on the tomato, onion, avocado, crumble on top of the cheese and bacon. Before serving, season the salad dressing.
