Hearty meat salad with cheese and cucumbers in rolls
150 g meat (lean pork/beef/other)
70 g hard cheese
3 pickled cucumber
2-3 tuber potatoes
2 tbsp. ketchup
2 tbsp. mayonnaise

Meat cut into small cubes, put in a pan with a little oil, fry until Browning, pour ? Cup of hot water, put the Bay leaf, pepper, salt, cover and 10-15 minutes to extinguish until soft, then put the meat in a salad bowl.
Cucumber slice, cheese RUB on a large grater, add to the meat, half the cheese and all the cucumbers.
Boiled potatoes cut into cubes, add to the salad, put the chopped parsley, season salad with mayonnaise and ketchup, mix well.
Carefully cut off the top part of the bun, gently, without damaging the wall, choose the pulp, leaving a wall not more than 5mm thick (bottom can be thicker), put the lettuce in the resulting Cup.
Put on top of the salad with the remaining cheese, cover with the beveled tip.
Immediately put the bun lined with parchment to a baking sheet and bake in a preheated medium temperature oven for 10 min to melting and Browning of the cheese.
