400 g cottage cheese
1 fillets salted herring
1 glass grated hard cheese
? glass thick cream
? glass mayonnaise

Finely chopped herring, add cottage cheese and sour cream, stir, add a little grated cheese, if the mixture is too soft.
From the prepared mixture molded "egg", put them on lettuce leaves, sprinkle with mayonnaise and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
