Herring cheese
80 g cottage cheese
1 smoked herring
1 onions
1 tomato
? glass tomato paste
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tsp. mustard

greens
RUB through a sieve the cottage cheese.
Dice the onion and fry with tomato puree, oil, allow to cool.
Finely chop the fish fillets and mix with cottage cheese, add the onion and mustard, mix well.
Put the herring cheese on lettuce, with tomato and greens.
