Spring salad with fresh vegetables
1 cucumber
500 g cabbage
1 carrots
1 pod pepper
1 onions
? lemon (juice and zest)
4 tbsp. vegetable oil
parsley
spices
Peel and julienne the cabbage. Cucumber cut into strips or small cubes. Peel and grate the carrots. Pepper cut into half rings.
Chop onions and fry in butter until Golden.
Combine prepared vegetables, stir and season with mayonnaise, pre-mixed with the juice and grated zest of lemon, season with spices.
Before serving decorate with parsley.
