Salad with mushrooms
Necessary products:
200 g pickled mushrooms
2 boiled potatoes
1 boiled carrots
1 boiled beets
1 pickles
1 onions
3 Art. l. vegetable oil
1 Art. l. lemon juice
green celery
parsley
salt
Dice onions and mushrooms.
Potatoes, carrots, beets, cucumber cut into cubes, combine with onions and mushrooms, season with vinaigrette with lemon juice, vegetable oil. Add salt and mix well.
Before serving, arrange small greens and mushrooms.
