Salad with pickled mushrooms with fish
150 g marinated mushrooms
150 g fish
150 g potatoes
100 g sweet peppers
50 g onions
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
lemon juice
black pepper
salt
To pickled mushrooms and red bell peppers cut into strips, add chopped boiled potatoes, chopped onions and cooked fish, cleaned from the bones and chopped. Mix salt, pepper, drizzle with oil and lemon juice to taste and stir. Ready salad advise decorate with finely chopped onions and a little pickled mushrooms, pre-cut in half.
