Appetizer spicy from carrots
What you need:
200 g carrots
200 g apples
10 g the horseradish root
200 g water
12 g salt
20 g sugar
80 g sour cream
greens chopped, half a lemon for decoration
Peeled carrots and apples grate.
The horseradish root peel and RUB on a small grater.
In water, add salt, sugar, bring to a boil.
Carrots, apples and horseradish connect, pour hot brine to cover food, cover and refrigerate. Appetizer can be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
Before serving, drain off the excess brine, season appetizer with sour cream, chopped herbs, decorate with a slice of lemon.
