"Bollocks" - canned Hot appetizer
1 kg tomatoes
100 g garlic
100 g horseradish
1-2 h. l. salt
1 h. l. sugar
Wash, peel and wash again horseradish root, run it through a meat grinder together with the prepared tomatoes.
Garlic pass through chesnokodavku, add to the mixture of tomatoes and horseradish, salt, add sugar and mix thoroughly.
Next canning is done as follows: hrenovina decomposed into clean sterilized jars (better volume of 100-500 ml), close the banks screw caps or rolled.
Hrenovina should be stored in a cool place.
