Appetizer with green salad
300 g leaves of green salad
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sugar
? tsp. red pepper
black pepper
salt
Pick the leaves of the salad, add salt and leave for half an hour, rinse.
To make the dressing: combine oil, soy sauce, red and black pepper, sugar, stir.
Before serving appetizer with green salad spread on a dish, the sauce is served separately.
