"Sloane" eggplant

1,5 Cup vegetable oil

Circles cut the tomatoes and eggplants, peel the onion and chop it in half rings.
Peel the apples, peppers, remove seeds, cut off the stem, cut the apples and pepper cubes.
Peel and finely chop the garlic.
In vegetable oil (1/2 Cup) fry the eggplant.
Put in a pan with layers of eggplant, then garlic, then tomatoes, peppers, apples, onions and repeat the layers until you run out of ingredients.
Pour the remaining oil, add salt, put all 50 minutes on slow fire.
