Eggplant with nuts

5 Eggplant

1 glass walnuts

2 cloves of garlic

50 g cheese

mayonnaise

Cut the eggplant lengthwise, season with salt and leave for half an hour, rinse, then fry in vegetable oil, a little cooled eggplant disassembled into fibers using two forks.

Chop the walnuts and connect with eggplant, add the garlic, passed through the press, to fill all the mayonnaise and mix.

Cheese rub on a grater, sprinkle them eggplant with nuts.

Before serving eggplant with nuts must sit for half an hour, this snack can be smeared on bread and serve with rice.
