Baked with nuts eggplant
1 eggplant
2 tbsp. chopped onions
1 tbsp. chopped walnuts
1 tbsp. currant
black pepper
salt
Bake the eggplant in the oven and remove it from the skin. Cool, chop finely, add salt and pepper, combine the pulp with a part of the nuts and onions, stir.
Sprinkle before serving the remaining nuts and berries.
Decorate with greens.
