Eggplant with cheese, cooking recipe with photos

In addition to this cheese appetizer I added nuts, which gave a certain exoticism, charm and piquancy. Nuts Peanuts chosen because it was he who was on hand. But you can use any other nuts of your choice. I like cooking dish with almonds and cashews. The taste was simply stunning.
Ingredients:
- 2 Pieces eggplant
- 100 g cottage cheese
- 50 g nuts
- vegetable oil, mayonnaise, parsley
Method of preparation:
