500 ml cream 10%

100 g curd cheese salt

100 ml cream 35%

10-15 fruits dried figs

30 g chopped walnuts

Figs rinse, Pat dry and place in a saucepan, add the cream 10%, cover, 15 then simmered (figs should swell), to get it.

Let the figs cool, in the center of the top to make the cut with a thin knife.

Beat cheese with thick cream, take a pastry syringe, using a thin nozzle to fill stuffed figs, to make the top rim of the cheese and sprinkle the figs with nuts.

Before serving appetizer of cheese stuffed figs as can be cooled.
