Pie with pecan, whiskey and figs
450 g figs
3 g flour wheat

3 eggs
2 Cup water
2 Cup brown sugar
1,75 Cup pecans
1 glass vegetable oil
1/2 Cup whiskey
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. cinnamon ground
1/2 tsp. nutmeg ground
3/4 tsp. soda
3/4 tsp. salt
Boil dried figs over medium heat, covered for about 35-40 minutes until tender, then in a food processor to mix with vanilla and whiskey, turning the mixture into the puree.
The oven heated to 175 degrees, dry nuts 8-10 minutes, let them cool down, roughly to grind them.
Mix the flour with the baking powder, salt, soda, nutmeg and cinnamon.
Beat eggs with butter and sugar on high speed of mixer until remoortel about 3 minutes
Combine mashed figs with egg mixture with a mixer on low speed, beat until smooth, continuing to whisk, gradually pour in the flour mixture to make the dough, add the nuts, mix well, put in a baking pan.
Bake pie with pecan, whiskey and figs in preheated oven for about 75 minutes, cooled to separate with a knife cake from the walls, flip onto a plate, then invert again.
