Compote of figs
syrup:
1 l water
300-400 g sugar
3-4 g citric acid
In aggregate fruits figs hit the stalk, wash and blanch for 4-5 minutes. Then cool in the water, put in jars, pour hot syrup and put in a pot of hot water to warm up.
Pasteurized at 85 8242; C for 30-35 minutes liter cans or sterilizing them in boiling water for 15 minutes.
