Appetizer with salmon "picnic"
250 g canned salmon
3 large tomatoes
1 Art. l. vegetable oil
lettuce
half a lemon
2 h. l. 3% vinegar
ground black pepper
salt
Wash tomatoes and cut into 4 pieces. Remove seeds.
Mix the oil with the vinegar, salt and pepper. Drizzle this mixture of tomatoes.
In each slice of tomato put the pieces of salmon.
Put the finished snack on lettuce leaves, decorate with greens and lemon.
