Caviar from mushrooms
Necessary products:
300 g pickled mushrooms
2 onions
2 Art. l. vegetable oil
1-2 cloves of garlic
ground black pepper
salt
dill
Onions cleaned, cut into small cubes and fry in butter.
Finely chop the mushrooms. Connect from onion and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
Add pepper, salt and crushed garlic for 2 minutes before the end of quenching.
Before serving, arrange the eggs with dill.
