Lecho is one of the favorite and most popular snacks, canning Lecho can be done in different ways. This is the most simple recipe Lecho.
Arbitrarily chop the tomatoes and pepper, bring to a boil half the tomatoes, add the remaining tomatoes and peppers, season with salt, add sugar, spices and passed through press the garlic, cook for 20 minutes.
