Lecho of pepper
5 kg red bell pepper
500 g sugar
500 g vegetable oil
500 g minced garlic
250 ml water
1 a large bunch of dill
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vinegar
This recipe for canning is done only with pepper, without tomatoes. A particular highlight Lecho, prepared according to the recipe, and adds a solid amount of dill.
The pepper should be cut into 4 pieces, remove stem and seeds, put in pan, add oil, water, sugar and salt.
Bring to boil and simmer after boiling for 15 minutes, add the garlic, chopped dill and simmer for another 5 minutes
