Marinated mushrooms with cloves
1 kg champignons
200 ml water
60 ml 6% vinegar
10 peas black pepper
3-4 bay leaves
3 Clove
3 allspice
1 onions
1 Art. l. salt
Mushrooms clean, wash, cut into slices about the same size, put in a pot with water, bring to a boil, turn down the fire, boil mushrooms 10-15 minutes while stirring.
A slotted spoon to remove the mushrooms, do not throw away the broth, add the salt, spices and herbs, bring to a boil, remove the bay leaf, add the vinegar.
Put the mushrooms back in the broth, boil for 10 minutes while stirring, removing the foam, remove using a slotted spoon, put on a pre-sterilized jars.
At the bottom of the cans must be chopped onion rings.
Pour the marinade over the mushrooms, cork lids.
Before serving marinated mushrooms with cloves fill the bulb or green onion and vegetable oil.
