Tomatoes in batter
8 cherry tomatoes
2 glass vegetable oil
6 basil leaves
3 Art. l. sour cream
For the batter:
2 eggs
? glass milk

1 glass flour
1 Art. l. chopped dill
? h. l. grated nutmeg
salt
Separate the egg yolks from the whites, connect them with flour, milk, nutmeg, salt and mix well. Enter greens and beaten egg whites.
Dip each tomato in dough and deep-fry until golden brown. Then dry the tomatoes on paper towels.
Before serving, decorate with basil and pour sour cream.
