Chop in batter
Required products:
650 g pork (ham, loin) - pulp
100 g vegetable oil
ground black pepper, salt
1 glass wheat flour

5 PCs egg
1 glass milk
Pork cut into portions, repel, salt and pepper. Fry until cooked. Cool.Flour mash the yolks and salt, add milk, beaten egg whites, mix well.
Before serving, dip each chop in the batter and fry in boiling fat.
Serve with roasted vegetables.
