Holiday appetizer "Podoloski"
300 g pork
1 egg
1 Bank canned corn

1 Bank of olives black b/C
2-3 tbsp. cream cheese
flour
garlic
vegetable oil
spices
Clean the flesh of pork from all the excess, cut into small pieces, then beat, season with spices, salt.
Egg whisk, put the slices of pork, then bread them in flour until ready to fry in vegetable oil.
The garlic put through a press, to connect with the cheese, stir, spread the cooked weight of each piece of meat.
Put the corn in a circle, RUB on a small grater, black olives, put them in the center of the snacks the hill.
