Meat Rolls with ham and cheese "Cordon Bleu"
900 g minced beef
140 g cheese
120 g ham
2 eggs
2 slices fresh bread
1 head onions
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
Stir in minced with milled bread crumbs, egg, chopped onion, pepper and salt, put on plastic wrap and smooth.
Cut the bacon strips on a coarse grater rub cheese.
Put ham on the entire surface of meat, cheese sprinkled on top, gently fold everything into a roll.
Roll put in a baking dish, greased.
Baked meat loaf with cheese and ham "Cordon Bleu" in a preheated 350 degree oven for at least an hour until cooked.
