Christmas tartlets with mushroom mousse
200 g champignons
70 ml cream 33%
1 head onions
2 Records gelatin sheet
3 tablespoons butter

Pour gelatin little water.
Rinse mushrooms, cut into small pieces, put aside a couple for decoration.
Clear, chop the onion and fry it along with the mushrooms, salt and pepper, and butter in a pan, then grind in a blender, add the warmed cream and squeezed gelatin.
Arrange the mousse on plates, decorate Christmas tartlets with mushroom mousse whole or sliced mushrooms and greens, cool.
