Mousse poppy
What you need:
80 g Mac
80 g sugar
1 orange zest
400 g cream thick
40 g raisins
16 g gelatin
Mac steam out in hot water and mince with frequent bars.
Gelatin soak in cold boiled water. When the grains become transparent, the excess water drain, and gelatin slightly warm so it melts.
Cream whisk, add sugar, then stir washed and obsushenny raisins, zest, poppy seeds and prepared gelatin.
The mass is spread out into molds and allow to harden in the refrigerator. Before serving, dip the molds for a few seconds in hot water and put mousse on a plate. You can decorate the cookies.
