Coffee cream
Required Products:
500 g thick cream
200 g milk
what milk to choose? we'll show
150 g sugar
5 pcs. egg yolks
1 Art. l. instant coffee
20 g gelatin
Servings: 5
Soak gelatin in 150 g of cold boiled water and let the grains swell.
Mash the yolks with the sugar. Dissolve coffee with warm milk, connect with mashed yolks. Warm the mixture in a water bath until thick cream, enter swollen gelatin mixture and heated until it dissolves.
Whisk in the cream stable foam and, without stopping beating, enter the egg-milk mixture.
Mass pour into mold and refrigerate. Before serving Put the cream from the molds. Chocolate cream can be issued.
