Canape with salmon mousse
Ingredients:
16 rye bread - slices
1 onion - head
300 g salmon canned in oil
4 PCs egg yolks
10 PCs mushrooms
3 tbsp. cream thick
1 tbsp. butter
pepper, white pepper, salt to taste
Onion, finely chop and spasseruyte in butter until Golden brown.
Salmon fillet connect with onions and egg yolks, whisk in a blender until smooth.
Mushrooms finely chopped, fry in butter and connect with salmon.
Enter cream, whipped into foam, and stir. Season with salt and pepper.
Before serving slices of bread put on the lettuce leaves, top with spinach mousse and decorate with olives, slices of lime, caviar and herbs.
