Tartlets with chicken stuffing "Braids"
200 g chicken
150 g cheese "Braid"
2 cucumber
1 carrot
1 potato tuber
1 onions
1 bunch of dill
1 bunch green onions
1 beam sorrel
2 Art. l. olive oil
Chicken fillet and onions cut into small cubes, carrots rubbed on a grater and fry all together and put out to tender.
Boil the potatoes until tender, cut into small cubes, combine with stewed chicken with vegetables, chopped dill and sorrel, pepper and salt and mix well.
Cucumber to make baskets, slicing them equal pieces and gently pulling cucumber pulp (baskets, so are obtained from the sides and ends of cucumbers), fill the basket chicken-vegetable mixture.
Pigtail cheese disassembled into strips of the finest, combining them with green onions, weave braids.
Entwine baskets pigtails, fasten, tying pigtails.
