Combine egg, cottage cheese, 1 cup flour, sugar, baking soda and salt, stir, gradually adding the remaining flour when the dough becomes non-sticky, add flour to stop.

Boil an egg, grate, chopped herbs, mix, salt, form patties.

Fry cheese cakes with eggs and herbs in vegetable oil on both sides until cooked dough.
