French Mustard Sauce
20 g butter

1 shallots / onions
3 tablespoons sour cream (with gorochkoy)
1 tablespoons vinegar / 1 tsp table
1-2 tsp mustard
milk
sugar
black pepper
salt
Onions cleaned, cut into medium-sized, melt the butter in a frying pan, put the onion, fry until tender.
Pour the vinegar to the onions, put mustard, sour cream and mix, if the sauce is too thick - pour a little milk, pepper sauce and salt, to taste - add sugar if the sauce has a slightly sour taste.
Cooking French mustard sauce in a pan for 2-3 minutes.
This sauce is perfect with white meat, vegetables and a variety of dishes.
