Herring in sour cream
For cooking you will need:
400 g salted herring
herring which to choose? we'll show
60 g apples
40 g onion
100 g sour cream
20 g sugar
20 g lemon juice or vinegar
20 g parsley
mustard
salt
Herring soak, to cut, to separate the fillet from the bones clean. Each half fillet divided into 2-3 pieces, put in a salad bowl and pour the cream sauce.
To prepare the sauce chop the apples on a coarse grater, mix the chopped onions and sour cream, season to taste with salt, sugar, lemon juice or vinegar, mustard.
When serving sprinkle with parsley.
