Herring rolls with mustard sauce
2 salt herring fillets
1-2 onions
4 tbsp. chopped green onions
Sauce:
2 tbsp. vinegar 3%
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. mustard
1 a pinch of sugar
1 pinch of black pepper
Chop fine the onion straws, place in boiling water for a few seconds, rapidly cooled, mix with chopped green onions.
All the ingredients for the sauce, combine, whisk to completely dissolve the sugar.
Cut herring fillets in half lengthwise, put in the onions in an even layer, then turn the fillet rolls, lay tightly in neocaledonica dish, pour the sauce with mustard, put into the cold for 10 hours.
Before submitting the herring rolls with mustard sauce removed from the refrigerator and pour the same sauce.
