Components:

1 kg pumpkin pulp

1 parsley root

1 carrot

1 onion

4 Art. l. butter

salt, pepper, herbs

sour cream

Parsley root and carrots to clean, fill with water and boil. Onions cut into half rings and fry in oil until transparent, add the cubes of pumpkin pulp and fry for a few minutes to fill in all the broth in which the cooked carrots and parsley and cook for 20 minutes, add salt. Cooked pumpkin with onions drain the (broth left) and with carrots and parsley root whip in a blender, dilute broth to the consistency of liquid sauce, pepper, salt and warm (do not boil). Serve seasoned with fresh herbs and sour cream.
