180 g canned mackerel in oil

2 pcs. tomatoes

1 pcs. cucumber

1 lettuce - beam

1 Art. l. vegetable fat

salt, ground black pepper to taste

Tomatoes and cucumber remove seeds and cut into cubes, mix with chopped mackerel and leaves salata.Pered feed ingredients to combine, season with salt and pepper, stir and fill with oil.
