Italian biscuits

What you need:

5 PCs egg

3/4 glass sugar

1 the grated zest of a lemon

1/2 glass wheat flour

1/4 glass powdered sugar

butter for greasing pan

The whisk eggs with sugar to increase in volume by 2-3 times (on the finished weight should be preserved traces of a whisk for 5 seconds), add the zest, flour and gently mix.
