Ingredients:

400 ml grape juice

6 tbsp. sugar

2 tbsp. starch

4 tbsp. lemon juice

250 ml cream thick

1 vanilla sugar sachet

2 tbsp. pistachios

Choux pastry cook according to the recipe "Cake "Lady's fingers". Pan vystelit parchment, smeared a very thin layer of margarine. Bake for 35-40 minutes at 200 �C. let it Cool.

Gooseberry clean, kiwi peel, cut into slices. Syrup mix with grape juice and sugar, bring to the boil, add the gooseberries. Starch dilute the lemon juice, pour in the syrup, stirring occasionally. Cook for 2-3 minutes, without boiling, put the kiwi. Remove from heat, let cool.

On the cake put the filling, leaving 8 tablespoons for registration, well cool.

The balls of dough cut in half, fill the remaining filling. Cream shake with vanilla sugar, cover the surface of the cake designs. On top decorate with balls filled with cream, gooseberry, pistachios.
