I have a few recipes fermented and canned tomatoes. And in the season of the blanks I am happy they are to share with you. So read carefully and use it!

Let me describe the recipe for the most delicious, to my taste, pickled tomatoes. This recipe is designed for 7 litres of water and you will get about five 3-liter cans:
2 cups sugar
1 Cup salt
2 cups vinegar
Bay leaf, peppercorns
garlic, dill, onion half rings
aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid)

Water to boil, add sugar, salt, Lavrushka and Gorodok pepper. When it comes back to a boil, pour in the vinegar and immediately remove from heat. This marinade should be put to cool, use only fully chilled.

Meanwhile, prepare the tomatoes and jars: wash and dry dry. Place in clean, dry jars prepared tomatoes and toss in each jar aspirin - at the rate of 1 tablet per 1 litre of banks, for example I do it in 3-liter jars box 3 tablets of aspirin, 2-liter, 2 liter -1 tablet.

When everything is ready, pour cold pickle jars, cover nylon cover and place in a cool place. Tomatoes can try next week, but fully prepared they will be in 2-3 weeks.
