Pancakes with salad

For pancakes:

2 glass flour
what kind of flour should I choose? we'll show

3 eggs

0,5 l milk

0,5 tbsp. sugar

salt

For the salad:

200 g herring

1 pickles

1 onions

2 eggs

2-3 slice of white bread or loaf

mayonnaise

green onions

Prepare the pancakes.

Herring and cucumbers cut into cubes. Eggs hard boil, cut into cubes. Finely chop the onion.

Remove the crusts from the slices of bread. Finely chop the pulp.

Mix bread, cucumbers, herring, eggs and onions, add mayonnaise, mix well.

Put the salad on the edge of the pancake and sprinkle with finely chopped green onions, turn the pancake the envelope or tube.
