Salad of potatoes, herring and black bread
For the recipe You will need:
3 PCs potatoes (boiled in their skins)
1 PCs herring (good Ambassador)
150 g bread (dried black)
1 glass green onions (chopped)
sunflower oil, mayonnaise - to taste
Bread cut into small cubes, sprinkle with vegetable oil and dry until Golden in color in the oven or in a skillet. Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes. Herring clean, the meat separated from the bones and chop finely.
Salad put layers on dish (bread - part onion and herring - potatoes) sprinkling each layer with mayonnaise. Top salad sprinkle with remaining green onions.
