Granny's chicken fritters
250 g Green peas -
some peas to choose? we'll show
1 glass Flour;
3 glass Vegetable oil;
2 PCs Egg;
1/3 glass Milk;
1/4 tsp. Marjoram, pepper -
1/2 tsp. Salt - 1
4 servings
Beat the egg yolks until creamy, add milk, whisking, add the flour. Beat the whites in a solid foam, and gently mix with the dough, add the meat, peas, stir. Heat the oil to 190�C and fry the fritters.
