Apricot fritters
10 apricots
1 egg
1 glass flour
1 glass kefir
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
? tsp. soda
? tsp. salt
In a deep dish to break an egg, add sugar, with a fork to whisk, add the softened butter and yogurt.
In a separate bowl mix baking soda and salt to flour, then add the mixture to the test.
Mix thoroughly, leave for 10 min to raise.
Wash the apricots, remove the seeds and finely chop the flesh.
Add to the dough chopped apricots, stir.
Baked apricot fritters vegetable oil in a pan, served with jam or sour cream.
