Apricot cake-pie dual layer
10 g baking powder
3 glass (From the yoghurt) flour
some yogurt to choose? we'll show
2 glass (Yoghurt) sugar
2 eggs
125 g 1 cup yogurt ()
? yogurt cup vegetable oil
2 h. l. cocoa
Fresh apricots
Combine yogurt with vegetable oil, flour, baking powder, eggs and sugar, knead the dough.
Divide dough into two parts, one to add cocoa mix.
Form for baking grease, pour a light batter, bake it at 180 degrees in preheated oven for about 20 minutes until browned.
Finely chop the pulp of apricots, put them on the prepared cake, pour the batter on top of the dark, again bake at the same temperature.
Before serving, apricot cake, cake double layer must be completely cool.
